About Me

My photo
Simon Tibbitts
I am confident working and experimenting with various medium ranges such as pencil, chalk, pastels, pair, ink, typography, craft etc. My favourite skills involve drawing, photography and digital artwork; sometimes I combine them to maximise the image's visual potential. Artists that have influenced me are: Andy Warhol, Banksy, David Hockney and Fabian Perez. I am also heavily influenced by the works of photographer Nadav Kander. Recent works have included poster design to create a strong visual message for the Fur Free Alliance. My experience of working in creative industry involves working with Edge-Media, designing vinyl and pop-up banners along with leaflets for Bristol Cathedral Choir School. My second expericence was 3 years ago, working in Covent Garden for digital marketing agency STEAK, rebranding and liaising with over-seas clients such as Acumentive. The biggest achievement during my time at STEAK was my contribution to the design and production of British Gas's advertising campaign Flight of the Engineers. My freelance work involves; logo designs, illustrations, skateboard deck designs, craft work, photography, vector art and much more.
